Position Summary

The Senior Associate, Affiliate & Partnerships is responsible role will be responsible for fulfilling tasks across all assigned clients to ensure client satisfaction and achieving client goals. The ideal candidate will oversee process to meet critical path deadlines and ensure effective client service. The role involves working with the team, managing tasks cross functionally and across clients, and efficiently achieving the clients Affiliate advertising goals.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of multiple client accounts and will be able to manage multiple projects. They will be a confident communicator both internally and externally and be able to identify new processes within the affiliate team, IPG and across multiple tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build out client reports and be able to convey performance data and trends
  • Identify trends and solutions to improve based on their knowledge- make team-approved strategy recommendations to improve effectiveness
  • Develop, grow, foster and maintain strong strategic and tactical relationships with existing partners
  • Prospect, educate and onboard new strategic partners
  • Support team in creating reporting for use with finance for billing purposes.
  • Be proficient within all affiliate platforms and other internal and external tools.
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of assigned clients’ situations and objectives while proactively anticipating needs
  • Utilize internal tools to ensure quality work and timely delivery of projects.
  • Upload client’s offer and promotions to platform, including link tracking creation.
  • Manage reversals and other order inquiry processing within the affiliate platform, reporting and / or or tool.
  • Be comfortable building PowerPoint decks.
  • Skilled at building reports, explaining the data and determining basic solutions.
  • Recommend ways to streamline current processes and increase efficiencies
  • Consult and work with partners to enable them to drive more business for our clients
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand emerging trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience within either an Affiliate technology, Affiliate agency, or full-service media agency
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and skills
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects – ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and structure workload
  • Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with the team
  • Ability to collaborate and work with a face-paced environment and team
  • Passion for the emerging media and the digital marketplace in general
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Desired Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of other tools, Asana, SFDC, Hubspot, Tableau, other BI tools, is a plus.
