One of our top clients is hiring a Disability Claim Specialist :
Location - Hybrid in any of following locations :
Pensacola, FL
Vienna, VA
Winchester, VA
Description :
o Disability Claim Experience required
o Answering phone calls / making phone calls- providing employees with information and guidance. Once the vendor approves employees’ disability claim, this position is the first point of contact for employees.
o Case management-answering cases that are submitted by employees with sometimes complex information and guidance.
o Other duties : Reviewing and updating separations in Oracle-HCM
o Working closely with vendor, other contractors, and advisors that are processing disability payments
