About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist, FinTech to join our team and play a key role in scaling our fintech products. This role will cover go-to-market enablement, product operations, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be involved in launching and growing fintech solutions that drive real impact for pet care businesses.

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with our team members. Candidates must work atypical hours to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.

Must be based in Los Angeles, able to commute to our office on Mondays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities :

  • GTM & Sales Enablement

Support the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new fintech products (Payments, Accounting, Capital, Payroll).

  • Train and equip the sales team with tools and resources to drive adoption and conversion
  • Product Operations & Risk Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including payment disputes, transaction issues, accounting inquiries, and capital-related support

  • Monitor accounts and transactions for risk indicators, proactively reducing fraud and safeguarding merchants
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to resolve user issues, enhance customer experience, and drive product adoption

  • Ensure seamless integration and operation across multiple fintech product lines
  • Product Marketing & Customer Education
  • Drive multi-channel product marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption

  • Develop training materials, guides, and educational content tailored to different user need.
  • Strategic Insights & Data Analysis
  • Track fintech product performance and user feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements

  • Work with data teams to define and measure key metrics related to user growth, retention, and engagement
  • Process Optimization & Scalability
  • Design and optimize scalable fintech operations processes to support MoeGo's long-term growth

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of experience in product operations, project management, consulting, or fintech
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-you're quick to understand business needs and can develop structured solutions
  • Excellent cross-functional communication-comfortable working with teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales
  • Hands-on execution & ownership-you're proactive, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment-MoeGo is scaling rapidly, and we need someone who thrives in growth-stage companies
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in multi-product SaaS operations or B2B fintech is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SMB payments, embedded finance, or risk management.
