About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist, FinTech to join our team and play a key role in scaling our fintech products. This role will cover go-to-market enablement, product operations, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be involved in launching and growing fintech solutions that drive real impact for pet care businesses.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with our team members. Candidates must work atypical hours to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
Must be based in Los Angeles, able to commute to our office on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new fintech products (Payments, Accounting, Capital, Payroll).
Oversee day-to-day operations, including payment disputes, transaction issues, accounting inquiries, and capital-related support
Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to resolve user issues, enhance customer experience, and drive product adoption
Drive multi-channel product marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption
Track fintech product performance and user feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements
Design and optimize scalable fintech operations processes to support MoeGo's long-term growth
