Cross Dock Supervisor

This Warehouse Supervisor, reporting to the Director of Inventory Control & Projects, will work with Inbound and Outbound Managers to ensure the Operations Team is running at optimal productivity levels. will work hands on in a cross-dock facility to ensure the facility is running at optimal productivity levels. We are seeking a “hands-on” leader who is commitment to our company values of Dedication, Teamwork and Commitment to Growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with others in a positive manner to lead a high-performing team
• Relentless ability to continuously improve processes
• Communicating, problem solving, and collaborating with Supervision, Management, Systems, and HR teams
• Manage employees and workload to keep the warehouse running efficiently
• Attendance and Employee tracking
• Ensuring all shift closing procedures are followed and adhered to
• Track all disciplinary actions to ensure they are properly communicated to all concerned parties
• Lead a team to increase productivity, accuracy and overall warehouse quality
• Performing standard Cross-Dock functions, such as : Lumping, pallet breakdown, product segregation, invoicing, load transfers, ramping, etc
