Job description

Position : Customer Service Representative

All Shifts Available - Full time and Part time- On-site / In Office

Responsibilities

  • Arrives to work on time for scheduled shift.
  • Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Provide professional and friendly interaction with our customers.
  • Assists customers with navigating and accounts set up through the Metropolis App.
  • Resolves customer inquiries independently or with the aid of a supervisor.
  • Quote daily and event rates to assist customers with parking decisions.
  • Troubleshoot customer / garage specific inquiries prior to escalating to Management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective and immediate solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Escalate location specific problems such as equipment and ticket issues to the Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Adhere to your assigned schedule and offer flexibility for any emergency shift needs.
  • Please note that weekend availability is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
