Phone Operator

We are looking to add a Phone Operator to our team. Someone who possesses strong people skills, is comfortable multitasking, and has a knack for recalling information shared. Responsibilities :

• Answering calls using the phone routing system
• Routing calls to appropriate staff
• Taking and routing messages on a timely basis
• Responsible for ensuring phone system is working properly and is set appropriately for after hours
• Responsible for troubleshooting any phone system issues
• Other reasonable duties as assigned
