We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, the ability to read blueprints and experience operating CNC press brake machines.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, shape, and cut sheet metal

Read and interpret technical blueprints, work orders, and measurements

Inspect parts to ensure quality and precision, making necessary adjustments

Maintain machines by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues

Work safely and efficiently while meeting production deadlines

Requirements

• Experience : Minimum 2 years operating press brakes in a manufacturing environment
• Skills : Strong understanding of metal fabrication, measuring tools, and blueprint reading
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus
• Physical Ability : Capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Teamwork : Ability to work independently and as part of a team
