Job Summary :
Provide individual and group counseling for university students experiencing personal / emotional and career problems.The staff member will perform administrative duties, provide emergency / crisis intervention, provide consultation to members of the university community, provide educational outreach programs, and periodically have the opportunity to supervise practicum and intern graduate students.Note : This position is an annual 10 month full-time appointment : August 1 thru May 31.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications :
Required Qualifications :
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Experience in outpatient clinical counseling either through an education degree program or professional work.Oklahoma license eligible as a Counselor or Licensed Professional Counselor by the end of the second year of employment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Ph.D. / Ed.D.
One year of related experience in a university counseling center.
Oklahoma license eligible as a psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist. License must be obtained prior to hire and maintained throughout employment.
