We are seeking a Payroll / Data Entry to join our team. The successful candidate is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and managing company day-to-day accounting operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering excellent service. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Manage the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Handle payroll responsibilities, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Work closely with HR and other departments to improve payroll and HR processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms) or willing to learnExcellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle confidential information.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.Skills and Competencies
