A company is looking for a Research Scientist to coordinate and execute research projects evaluating the effectiveness of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage multiple research projects from conception to completion, including developing work plans and monitoring progressApply appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods and contribute to the development of new theoretical frameworksUtilize RStudio for advanced statistical analysis and ensure ethical compliance throughout the research processRequired QualificationsPh.D. or equivalent in a relevant field preferred; ABD candidates consideredMasters Degree candidates considered with a history of designing and publishing researchExperience with IRB processes and understanding of 45 CFR 46 and related ethical standardsMinimum of two first-authored peer-reviewed publications or equivalent work demonstrating research skillsProficiency in RStudio is required; familiarity with Tableau or SQL is a plus
