The Industrialization Engineer concurrently supports Innovation initiatives by conceptualizing, designing and validating process methodologies in collaboration with internal Manufacturing, Product Development teams and Sustaining support teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develops cost models / prepares costing information for the cost estimating of new product opportunities.
  • Conceives and develops product and process ideas in alignment with Industrialization initiatives.
  • Uncovers and evaluates supply opportunities for new and existing technologies.
  • Builds comprehensive awareness of current-state design, manufacturing, and sourcing practices while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Assesses risk of Industrialization initiatives; builds corresponding contingency plans.
  • Adheres to schedules and budgets; adapts as necessary; proposes changes as necessary.
