Warehouse Lead Responsibilities :

• Ensure employees maintain a clean working environment and adhere to safety procedures, rules, and regulations (including PPE / GMPs)
• Oversee Material Handler duties and responsibilities, ensuring team compliance with operational standards
• Complete incident reports and communicate safety hazards to leadership
• Coordinate trailer storage and manage inventory workflow in collaboration with inbound and outbound operations
• Conduct Monthly BBS audits and lead standdown huddles focused on warehouse operations
• Manage the EDI error workflow for inventory movements and ensure timely processing of goods issues, receipts, and adjustments in SAP
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies between 3PL WMS and Ferrara SAP systems, working with internal and external teams
• Support the OS&D process, investigate issues, track incident tickets, and implement corrective actions as needed
