Job description

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.

We are seeking an experienced Product Support Analyst II with 5-7 years of experience in the field or a related area. This role is responsible for :

  • Providing first-line support to users experiencing issues with the CRM or Help Desk systems
  • Troubleshooting problems and ensuring the smooth operation of the CRM and Help Desk software
  • Developing and conducting training programs tailored to all levels of CRM and Help Desk users

Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, maintain, and deliver communication for the CRM and Help Desk product teams
  • Assist team leads in coordinating activities with multiple stakeholders influencing the development of the CRM and Help Desk applications
  • Contribute to and utilize knowledge base articles
  • Monitor, review, and resolve CRM and Help Desk software support incidents at an advanced level, ensuring quality analysis, customer satisfaction, and compliance with SLAs
  • Write, edit, and review support operating procedures and ticket responses
  • Monitor, review, and complete software User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all CRM and Help Desk products
  • Ensure all issues and enhancement requests are updated accurately and timeline
  • Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience using Atlassian Jira Products (Service Desk and Software)
  • 4+ years of experience in End User Testing of software releases
  • 2+ years of experience using Zendesk Help Desk (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience using MS Modern Requirements (Preferred)
  • Preferred

  • Working knowledge of Jira Software products

    The base range for this contract position is $37 - $47 / per hour, depending on experience.

    Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
