Engineering Project Manager (Professional Engineer)

We are seeking an Engineering   Project Manager / Professional Engineer to oversee utility construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and company standards. Reporting to the head of Engineering, this role requires strong project management and engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee engineering design, permitting, procurement, and construction.
  • Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and contract documents.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and permitting requirements.
  • Conduct site visits, review project progress, and manage quality control.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Arizona is preferred.
  • 5+ years of engineering, project management, or construction experience ( 10 years is preferred ).
  • Knowledge of water treatment, distribution, and regulatory standards.
  • Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, GIS, and project management software.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license required.

    • Salary : $95-126k / yr depending on experience level+ excellent benefits
