NETWORK TECHNICIAN II

Overview :

Encantado Technical Solutions (ETS) is an unpopulated joint venture between Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. and ECS Federal, LLC. ETS is bolstered by second-tier subcontractors KeyLogic and Amentum. As ETS is unpopulated, employees will work for one of the four companies listed above.

Encantado Technical Solutions is currently seeking Network Technician II to support the IT program at a major national laboratory.

The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations. The Network Technician II will provide on-site and related support services for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems with a workforce of approximately 14,000 personnel.

Responsibilities :

• Ability to interrupt architecture configuration drawing s, strong computer skills.
• Troubleshooting assistance and recommendations regarding performance and completion of backup / restore processes.
• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks.
• Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
