• Position is fully remote. Franciscan Health provides equipment. Worker must be agreeable to Franciscan Health Flexible Work Agreement. Worker has OMT-Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist.

Flexible availability : including days, evenings, and weekends

It should also state somewhere : Minimum of 12 visits / month required.
