Chief Estimator

Our Chief Estimator will experience a challenging and growth-focused work environment. Chief Estimator Duties (Include but are not limited to) : Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of estimators Assist divisions in assessing bid opportunities Innovative and creative approach to building projects Risk analysis Coordinate estimate development with the project team Conduct bid review and ensure estimate productivity and accuracy goals are met Participate in pre-bid meetings and site tours as needed Coordinate Quantity Take-Offs Prepare and submit estimates in compliance with contract documents Complete understanding of the plans, specs and scope of work Maintain HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job Systems Mentor and Supervise Project Estimators with :   RFP’s to subs and vendors Subcontractor and Vendor quotes review Prepare and attend project hand-off meeting Participate in CMAR, JOC, Design-Build Proposals / Projects Other duties as assigned or required by management Powered by JazzHR
