Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Responsibilities :

  • Work with customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and helpful information
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a patient, professional, and efficient manner
  • Maintain customer records and update account information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management

    • Position Essential Job Functions :

  • Excellent phone skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
  • Technical savvy to navigate various systems and software applications
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously
  • Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines

    • Position Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in insurance
  • Exceptional diplomacy and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Licensed
  • Experience working with an Independant agency
  • Worked with carriers : Travelors, Mercury, Allstate, American Modern...

    • Salary : $19 per hour / $40,000 per year
