Responsibilities : Onboarding
- Track New Hire Progress : Monitor the progress of n e w hires by tracking their completion of each assigned course from Central Reach Institute , ensuring timely follow ups as needed.
- Continued Support : Provide continued support , guidance and assistance to new hires as they work through each course.
- Coordinate Training Meetings : Schedule and organize onboarding training meetings based on urgency of cases, ensuring that new hires receive timely and relevant information for their role.
- Implement Onboarding Training : Implement and update the company onboarding module located in Central Reach Institute, ensuring each new hire is provided with a smooth transition that offers them the tools and resources to be successful with their clients.
- Communication with State Director ( s ) and Case Supervisor(s) : Regularly communicate with the State Directors to ensure the flow of information, including feedback on new hires’ progress and updates on training needs
Session Notes Audits
Review and Audit Session Notes : Carefully audit RBT session notes to ensure accuracy, compliance with behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and adherence to company policies.Feedback and Correction : Provide constructive feedback to RBTs regarding errors or areas of improvement in their session documentation, ensuring all corrections are made promptly.Training and Development : Develop and implement training manuals, guidelines, and resources to enhance RBTs' documentation skills and understanding of proper note- taking techniques.Compliance Monitoring : Ensure that session notes comply with HIPAA regulations, insurance requirements, and company standards.RBT Support : Offer ongoing support and guidance to RBTs, addressing any questions or concerns they have about documentation, clinical procedures, or Central Reach issues.Collaboration with BCBAs : Work closely with BCBAs to ensure RBTs are following prescribed treatment plans and documenting interventions accurately.Resource Creation : Create training materials, such as videos, guides, and checklists, to facilitate consistent and effective documentation practices across the team.Performance Tracking : Track the performance and improvement of RBTs in response to feedback and training, identifying further training needs when necessary.div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW85805511 BCX8" style="-webkit-user-drag : none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color : transparent; margin : 0px; padding : 0px; user-select : text; clear : both;
