Licenses :

Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and meet the company's auto insurance requirements.

Experience : Required :

Minimum of 8 years of experience in estimating civil construction projects, including concrete, sitework, and wet utilities.

Preferred :

Experience supporting project management tasks or familiarity with project management concepts.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Software Proficiency :

Proficiency in Bid2Win is required.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite .

Familiarity with additional tools such as AutoCAD and AgTek is a plus.

Skills & Abilities :

In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and utility purveyor standards.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Lift and carry up to 50 pounds , with occasional heavier loads.

Perform physical activities such as balancing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and pushing .

Engage in repetitive motion and grasping .

Requires visual acuity, hearing, and mental alertness for essential job functions.

Work Environment :

Ability to work in both office and construction site settings.

Exposure to various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, and cold .

Occasional travel to local job sites, client offices, and meetings .

Typical noise levels consistent with an office environment, with occasional elevated noise levels on job sites.

Must adhere to all safety protocols while traveling to and from job sites.
