Pay : $43-$47 per hour
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
- Must possess journeyman HVAC license in the state, county or city jurisdiction in which work will be performed
- Three (3) years prior experience required as an HVAC technician
Preferred Qualifications :
Five (5) years' experience as HVAC technician in commercial setting is preferred.Responsibilities :
Assist the Critical Facility Technician with testing and making roundsEnsure strict adherence to critical facility work rule and safety proceduresCommunicate and adhere to applicable Federal, State, and local rules, codes, and regulationsOperate standard office equipment using basic computer skillsUtilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for daily communication and reportsPerform physical counts of inventory on job sites and at facilitiesEnsure inventory is stored properly for inventory type (ex : sensitive electronics are temperature controlled)Assist with the daily / weekly / monthly walk-through of customer facilities in support of data center(s) and office operationsPerform preventive maintenance on all building equipmentAssist with scheduling of preventative maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance with minimal disruption of building servicesRespond quickly to emergency situations and customer concernsEnsure Critical Facilities Technician, Contract Manager and / or Customer receive timely verbal and written operating reports regarding critical systems and ongoing preventative maintenanceEscort subcontractors as requiredClearance may be required.
