IT Consultant Location : Indianapolis, IN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Consultant to join our growing IT Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and detail-oriented background with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Enjoys communicating with clients and peers on analyzing business / technical requirements to achieve business objectives

Effective at offering strategic advice on using technology to achieve business goals

Excels at managing IT initiatives and collaborating with in-house technical staff

Collaborate with teammates and peers to achieve best results for customer

Passionate to learn and leverage new technologies to better solve client challenges

About You :

Analytical approach to problem solving

Ability to design technology solutions that meet industry standards approach / best practices

Implement technical solutions following a disciplined approach

Understand how to properly maintain solutions that may already be in place

Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Communicate at a level others understand - Present ideas in an unbiased manner
• Build strong relationships with customers

Enjoy face to face customer and team engagement

Passion to learn more about emerging technology

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience working in large to enterprise level IT environments

4+ years hands on experience with Microsoft Windows Server & VMware technologies

Certifications “nice to have” in the following areas :

Experience in systems / infrastructure administration or IT leadership role a plus

Passion for learning new technologies out of current comfort zone

Detail oriented with the ability to successfully multi-task
