We’re pushing the envelope on AI development and solutions, and we’re looking for a Vice President of Software Engineering to help drive our ambitious technical vision and lead the creation of groundbreaking products in the AI space.

Role Overview :

As the Vice President of Software Engineering , you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our engineering strategy. You will be managing a talented team of engineers and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver cutting-edge solutions. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership experience to ensure our software platform scales efficiently, delivers outstanding performance, and meets customer demands.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on building next-generation AI applications.
  • Own the software architecture and design of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using modern technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Postgres.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate with the product and leadership teams to define and execute the technical vision, aligning engineering goals with business priorities.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • Implement effective strategies for cloud infrastructure management (AWS), utilizing services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS to drive robust solutions.
  • Set up and enforce strong standards for code quality, security, and scalability.
  • Manage and optimize a fast-growing engineering team, providing mentorship and ensuring career development.
  • Lead the continuous evolution of the software stack, ensuring the system is adaptable to rapid technological advancements in AI and machine learning.

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale engineering teams in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Extensive experience with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Deep understanding of modern AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and systems architecture.
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing cloud-native systems and microservices architectures.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
  • Experience building products in an agile, rapidly evolving environment.
  • A strong desire to work in a high-impact, high-growth startup.
