OVERVIEW

The Leasing Agent plays a pivotal role in supporting property operations, driving leasing activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will manage day-to-day resident interactions, assist with administrative tasks, and oversee leasing processes with professionalism and care. This position requires someone detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

LEASING AND RESIDENT RELATIONS

  • Professionally respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, and showcase units to prospective residents.
  • Assist residents with lease signings, renewals, and move-in / move-out processes.
  • Provide prompt and friendly service to address resident needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in leasing and resident management systems.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Support the Community Manager with property operations, reporting, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage and organize documents, applications, and resident correspondence.
  • Perform data entry, process applications, and conduct thorough research on prospects.
  • PROPERTY OPERATIONS

  • Ensure property appearance aligns with company standards.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, such as social media posts and resident communications.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred. .
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency with property management software preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly, problem-solve independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A steady work history demonstrating commitment and reliability.
