The Role :

We're looking for a Construction Laborer to assist with residential remodels, additions, and new builds. This role is essential in keeping job sites clean, organized, and running efficiently while supporting skilled trades in various construction tasks. Our ideal hire is a hardworking, dependable team player who takes pride in craftsmanship, follows directions well, and is eager to learn and grow in the construction industry.

What You'll Do :

Site Preparation & Cleanup

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site daily
• Assist in setting up dust control, surface protection, and materials protection
• Dispose of waste, secure tools / equipment, and handle job site deliveries

Who You Are :

Hardworking & Reliable - Show up on time, ready to work, with a strong work ethic

Physically Capable - Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle tools / equipment

Detail-Oriented & Safety-Minded - Respect job site cleanliness, safety rules, and quality control

Team Player - Work well with crew members, supervisors, and subcontractors
