IDS is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist a Program Manager with multiple projects, both in the US and overseas. The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail and will be able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with outsourced travel agency to purchase airline tickets, lodging and rental vehicles
- Facilitate Foreign Country visa requirements and associated documents to acquire visas
- Coordinating with new hires to gather all program-specific administrative data and process as necessary
- Work with HR department for on-boarding and equipment requirements
- Keep new hires informed of on-boarding status and updates
- Track all employee leave requests
- Update Daily Time Tracker Sheets as required by project
- Generate Meals and Incidentals (M&IE) reports for all OCONUS employees
- Track all M&IE rate changes in accordance with the US Department of State website
- Work with the FSO for security clearance requirements as needed
- Research military / medical training equipment and viable vendors for purchase and shipment options
- Assist with recruiting as needed
