Job Description

What you will be doing :

  • Build and strengthen referral partnerships by identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key referral partners, including hospitals, mental health professionals, community organizations, EAPs, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with referral sources.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to increase referrals and admissions to Wellbrook Recovery.
  • Promote the unique benefits of Wellbrook Recovery, including detox, residential services, trauma-informed care, family therapy, and alumni programs.
  • Represent Wellbrook Recovery at community events, health fairs, conferences, and other relevant forums.
  • Develop educational presentations to raise awareness about addiction recovery and available resources.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving needs of referral partners to adjust strategies effectively.

Experience you will need :

  • Proven experience in business development, community outreach, or similar roles within the substance use treatment field, behavioral health, or mental health sectors.
  • Strong network of professional relationships in Wisconsin's healthcare or behavioral health industries is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping individuals access high-quality treatment and recovery resources.
  • Ability to travel within Wisconsin for partner meetings, events, and outreach initiatives.
