Our high performing Pricing function is at the core of the business's value chain. The team is seeking on expanding to cater for ongoing critical activities, as well as upcoming projects and initiatives.

We are recruiting for 2 Pricing Analysts for our Acquisition and Retention team under the wider pricing portfolio. This role is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives to win new business and retain existing customer portfolios. To be successful in this role, you will be a business partner with our Sales and Category teams, plus utilise your commercial astuteness to drive favourable margin outcomes in line with Winc’s high win and retention rates.

Skills & experience required :

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years business / commercial experience
  • Proven track record in providing detailed pricing, commercial analysis and margin / profitability analysis to key stakeholders
  • Highly developed ability and experience in process modelling, data modelling combined with an outstanding ability to apply theoretical technical knowledge to business requirements
  • Advanced expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills and experience presenting complex information to a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience working with large / complex datasets
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Experience using PowerPivot and Tabular data modelling skills
  • SQL, PowerBI & Tableau highly regarded
  • Python or R coding experience will be advantageous
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting will be highly regarded
