Join Jimmy John's, where we slice our all-natural meats and fresh veggies in-house daily, bake bread on-site, and prepare fresh ingredients with love since 1983. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Person In Charge to lead our team to success.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations and manage staff efficiently
- Maintain food quality and safety standards
- Train and mentor team members
- Must be able to Cut Gut and Mayo, and make sandwiches efficiently.
- Must be able to keep up with slicing and maintain
- Must be able to manage labor, count inventory and basic data entry.
