Compensation :   Lucrative commissions; aggressive, performance-based bonuses; and base pay of $45,000 to $80,000, DOE.

Who We’re Looking For :

Experience : 6 months to 5 years in sales or recruiting. Having worked in an agency setting would set the ideal candidate apart.

Ambition : A proactive, hardworking approach to overcoming challenges.
