    • As a BODY20 New Membership Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis. You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.  This is a performance-based role - if you do not have sales experience with a proven track record, it's probably not for you.

    • Responsibilities

  • Consistently follow concise sales and communication process for prospective new members
  • Maintain monthly sales and activity quotas
  • Create and post social media outreach as required
  • Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
  • Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio
  • Assist studio manager in day-to-day operations
  • Help coach prospective new members when necessary

    • Requirements

  • MINIMUM 1 year commission-based sales experience required, fitness sales a plus
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
  • Passion for fitness
  • Willing and able to work early mornings OR evenings to 8pm as well as some weekends
  • Strong Follow-up and organizational skills

    • Compensation : $13.00 - $24.00 per hour
