Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to join our team, focusing on a pharmaceutical account and overseeing three in-line brands for rare diseases.

This role involves managing projects throughout the product lifecycles, evolving value propositions, engaging with HEOR / Medical teams regarding new data, and updating tactics to reflect current data and market aspirations. The successful candidate will co-own client relationships at the junior level, demonstrate a client-first attitude, and actively solve problems.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What you’ll do :

Co-own client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with client objectives.

Demonstrate a client-first attitude, actively engaging in problem-solving and providing strategic insights to enhance client satisfaction.

Take ownership of individual project finances, ensuring projects are executed within budget and financial goals are achieved.

Manage a strategic portfolio book of business, optimizing financial performance and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Manage resourcing requests, ensuring optimal allocation of team resources to meet project demands.

Drive workstreams with minimal oversight, focusing on operational excellence and timely delivery of project milestones.

Oversee the management of projects throughout the product lifecycle, including evolving value propositions and updating tactics to reflect current data and market aspirations.

Demonstrate expertise in evolving a brand's value proposition over time, aligning with emerging data and market aspirations to maintain competitive advantage.

Possess a deep understanding of rare disease market dynamics, leveraging insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance brand positioning.

Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of hemophilia, spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), providing informed perspectives on clinical developments and market trends.

Engage with client HEOR / Medical teams to translate new data into actionable insights and tactics, ensuring alignment with brand and market objectives.

What you should have :

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role in an agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage project finances and timelines.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Workfront.
  • Experience using project management tools (Smartsheet experience is ideal).
  • Strong client management skills with a demonstrated client-first approach.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and acting as a liaison on an integrated account team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, driving workstreams with minimal oversight.
  • Pay Range : $75,000.00-90,000.00

    This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
