Position Title : Service Desk Analyst
Required Skills :
1+ year of experience working in a technical support or customer service role
Exposure to Windows & Mac devices
Experience working within a ticketing system
Experience with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and metrics
Punctual and strong track record of attendance at previous jobs
Detail oriented and ability to follow directions
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal, written and typing skills
Desired Skills :
Experience troubleshooting Active Directory issues
A+ and / or Net+ certifications
Description of Role / Responsibilities :
This Service Desk position is with a well-known organization in Columbus, Ohio and is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience in an Enterprise-level technical support role. The right person for these positions needs to be flexible on the hours and days they are able to work and have experience documenting user issues. Even though this is a technical support role, there is very minimal actual phone support required as most of the questions are coming in through the ticketing system and are being answered via email. This company offers a great team atmosphere and is willing to train the selected candidate on any technical issues / hardware / software that this person is not familiar with, pending they have the right attitude, are quick learners and reliable.
