Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated individual to serve as Industrialization Project Leader and also Supply Chain Deployment Leader in support of New product introduction and supply chain strategy development / deployment. The position is based in Foxboro or Andover, MA and reports to Schneider Electric Energy Management Business Unit as part of Secure Power Division. The position is accountable for providing both technical and project leadership to Industrialization & Supply Chain development of new and evolving products, develop supply chain strategy based on the business growth by working with cross functional senior leadership. What will you do? New Product Introduction Lead Industrialization and Supply Chain development activities on a cross functional team. Act as Project Manager for Industrialization / Supply Chain activities to ensure timely and effective execution of schedule, budget, quality, supply chain implementation. Fully coordinate overall product cost deliverable for understanding of project business case impact for new product introduction. Works collaboratively with cross functional leaders and team members located in other geographic regions and cultures. Leads the development and implementation of industrial processes for new products which confirm to safety standards and lean principles of Schneider. Industrial Deployment Lead the Long Term Industrial Plan (LTIP inside LTSCP) process at the Group Level with Business Supply Chain Leaders and deploy it with the Supply-Chain-Regions Understand the business growth to develop and deploy manufacturing and supply chain strategy. Coordinate the Global Industrial footprint transformation programs. Resilience : Identify the key productions at risk, then define the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) to put in place & coordinate the BCP Projects with Regions involved Regionalization : From the flows analysis (import / export), Identify opportunities of feasible Regionalization (Feasible = without social risk, without Quality Risk, without technical Risk, without Market Risk / made-in, …) Rebalancing : Identify the opportunities of Rebalancing which make sense (and consistent with our Regionalization target) then coordinate these Rebalancing projects with regions involved Particiapate to the flow modeling analysis to propose & validate strategic decision.
