Senior Product Manager AI / ML Solutions

Location : Remote

About the Role

Marshall Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager AI / ML Solutions to lead the development, enhancement, and strategic direction of AI-powered products and solutions . This role requires a strong technical background in AI / ML, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams , and expertise in AI-driven innovation to create impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI / ML solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to develop and scale AI models and solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications .
  • Ensure AI-powered solutions comply with security, regulatory, and ethical AI best practices .
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.
  • Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization .
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends , including GPT models and Large Language Models (LLMs) , to drive innovation.
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams , facilitating seamless execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with at least 3+ years focused on AI / ML-powered products .
  • Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts , including NLP, deep learning, computer vision, and predictive analytics .
  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn , or similar.
  • Experience working with GPT models and Large Language Models (LLMs) for NLP and AI-driven automation .
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and experience managing product backlogs .
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI / ML model deployment.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI ethics, model interpretability, and responsible AI practices .
  • Background in data engineering, MLOps, or AI infrastructure .
  • Prior experience in financial services, IT technology, or risk analytics .
  • Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner, or AI-related courses .
