    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Talent Acquisition Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for corporate and executive positions, ensuring alignment with company business objectives.
    • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the TA team to efficiently and effectively meet recruitment needs, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
    • Executive Recruitment : Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
    • TA Operations : Manage and optimize Talent Acquisition operations, including the utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment metrics, and reporting.
    • Employer Branding (EB) : Develop and execute strategies to enhance company employer brand, positioning the company as an employer of choice in the North American market.
    • Employee Value Proposition (EVP) : Define and promote the company's EVP, ensuring it resonates with current and prospective employees.
    • Headhunter Management : Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters, negotiating contracts and ensuring effective collaboration to fulfill staffing needs.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with HR, department heads, and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment solutions.
    • Diversity and Inclusion : Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment practices, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and unbiased selection processes.

      The Successful Applicant

      Qualifications :

    • Experience : Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on the retail sector; experience in the food and beverage industry
    • North American Expertise : In-depth knowledge of North American recruitment practices, labor laws, and market trends.
    • Leadership Skills : Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
    • Executive Recruitment : Demonstrated experience in successfully recruiting for senior and executive-level positions.
    • Operational Excellence : Strong understanding of TA operations, including ATS management, metrics, and process optimization.
    • Employer Branding and EVP : Experience in developing and implementing Employer Branding and EVP initiatives.
    • Headhunter Management : Proven ability to manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters effectively.
    • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.Please note only candidates who address the above criteria in their application will be contacted.     • A competitive salary range of USD 270,000 - USD 345,000, on a 70 : 30 fixed variable
