    • Your Role as a Client Services Professional :

    As a Client Services Professional with experience in the HVAC and / or plumbing industry, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our service teams. Your technical knowledge and customer service skills will ensure a seamless and professional client experience.

    In this role, you will :

  • Serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments, resolving inquiries and escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Leverage your industry experience to guide customers through service options and recommend maintenance plans-earning commissions on enrollments.
  • Utilize our advanced software, in partnership with Google, to manage client information and streamline scheduling.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring customers understand their service options and our commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team and field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Uphold our company values by treating customers with respect, honesty, and integrity.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Industry Experience : Prior experience in the HVAC and / or plumbing industry is required.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
