Job description

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Director of Quality to oversee and enhance the overall quality standards of our services, ensuring exceptional care delivery across all departments. The Director of Quality will drive quality improvement initiatives, lead a team focused on quality monitoring and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The Director will collaborate with leadership teams to identify areas of improvement, create and implement quality strategies and ensure consistency in the delivery of services that meet our organization’s high standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Quality Management Strategies Aligned with Company Goals and Industry Best Practices
  • Lead and Mentor the Quality Team to Improve Processes, Customer Experience and Operational Efficiency
  • Drive Continuous Quality Improvement Through Data Analysis and Ongoing Review of Performance Metrics
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Identify Opportunities for Improvement and Implement Corrective Actions
  • Ensure Adherence to Quality Standards and Industry Regulations Across all Service Offerings
  • Design and Oversee Regular Audits and Quality Checks Across Departments
  • Analyze Audit and Performance Data to Identify Areas for Improvement
  • Prepare Reports for Senior Management on Quality Performance and Improvement Initiatives
  • Monitor Client Feedback, Member Satisfaction and Service Delivery to Ensure Quality Targets are Met
  • Create and Deliver Training Programs to Ensure Consistent Quality Standards
  • Evaluate and Update Training Materials to Address Emerging Quality Issues
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations, Accreditation Standards and Internal Policies
  • Monitor and Mitigate Quality-Related Risks, Ensuring Timely Corrective Actions
  • Stay Up to Date on Industry Regulations and Standards to Ensure Compliance
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Required / Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Quality Management, Preferably in Healthcare or Related Fields
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or Related Field (Master’s Preferred)
  • Proven Experience in Quality Improvement and Performance Management Initiatives
  • Strong Knowledge of Regulatory Standards, Industry Best Practices, and Compliance Requirements
  • Exceptional Organizational, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience, with the Ability to Manage Cross-Functional Teams
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with the Ability to Collaborate Effectively Across all Levels
  • Experience with Data Analysis Tools, Auditing Systems and Quality Reporting Platforms
  • Management Experience Preferred
