The Tier 1 Service Desk Technician’s primary responsibility is to provide first level support to Source 1 Solution’s customers. A Tier 1 Service Desk Technician must possess excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
