Key Responsibilities
- Run / manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finish
- Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Mentor and manage team members
- Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
- Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop site utilization and logistic plans
- Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism
Profile
The Successful Construction Superintendent :
Ground up commercial construction experience3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendentStrong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling softwareAbility to travel for out of state assignments.
