Our client is an innovative startup leading the technological revolution in last-mile logistics, developing the worlds largest robotized delivery network.

What will you do in this position?

  • Lead the marketing strategy, ensuring a global and scalable vision for the company.
  • Coordinate the brand relaunch and event planning for the presentation, ensuring a smooth transition aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Manage the relationship with the external marketing agency in the short term, aiming to structure and consolidate an internal marketing team in the medium and long term.
  • Integrate branding and performance marketing strategies to strengthen presence and positioning in key markets.
  • Design and implement innovative campaigns, including activations in physical spaces, events, and digital and mobile advertising strategies.
  • Develop a marketing strategy aligned with global standards, adapting the best practices in the sector.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to generate high-quality leads and improve business conversion.
  • Oversee the use of technological tools for optimizing digital and programmatic marketing, ensuring scalable and adaptable solutions.
  • Create and manage content and social media strategies that highlight the products innovation and market impact.

What should you bring?

  • Experience leading marketing strategies in tech startups, preferably in robotics, hardware, or mobility sectors.
  • Solid knowledge in branding, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
  • Experience managing marketing agencies and building internal teams.
  • Ability to design brand launch strategies and high-impact campaigns.
  • Experience in international markets, especially North America and Latin America.
  • Ability to connect marketing with revenue generation, ensuring strategies positively impact business results.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to develop campaigns in both languages.
  • Valid Visa.
