Financial Controller

About this role

A renowned New York City architecture and interior design studio is seeking an experienced Controller to work directly with the partners to ensure the firm’s financial success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up new accounting systems and modify existing systems
• Assess target budgets for firmwide and specific projects
• Oversee policy for all staff and partner expenses
• Evaluate on standard company contract terms and advise on any changes
• Assist partners and associates with contract negotiations
• Evaluate staff pay structure, including consulting on raises and bonuses
