Engineering Manager, New Product Development

Full-Time | $150-175k Salary + Bonus
I’m partnering with a client in the HVAC industry who’s looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their New Product Development (NPD) team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the design and development of cutting-edge cooling equipment and lead a talented engineering team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and create conceptual and detailed designs to meet product requirements for new water-to-air and water-to-water cooling equipment.
- Use project management tools to ensure accurate estimates, work breakdowns, and on-time delivery of complex electro-mechanical NPD projects.
- Lead a cross-functional team to develop and document system-level requirements based on unit specifications and safety standards (UL / ETL, CE, ASHRAE, etc.) to ensure the equipment is safe and reliable.
- Review engineering work, offering advice on alternative designs for safety, cost, reliability, and quality improvements.
- Troubleshoot new and existing products.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent to build a high-performing team.
