Constant Change Enterprises LLC is a Behavioral Health agency that currently has a position open for an Outpatient Therapist in Chesterfield, VA that services the greater Richmond and surrounding areas and is offers outstanding pay, consistent work and a friendly work environment.

CCE provides Outpatient Therapy to at all individuals between the ages of 5 and 75 and their family via in-person and telehealth counseling.

Responsibilities and Duties

Outpatient Therapists will be responsible for :

• Performing Individual Outpatient Therapy Assessments
• Creating Treatment Plans and documenting progress
• Providing Talk Therapy to individuals and families
• Creating Quarterly Progress Reports and Discharge summaries
