Job description

A well-established leading healthcare organization in Illinois is looking to expand its primary care team in this beautiful Lakefront University Community in Central IL.

Position Highlights :

  • Collegial team of 30 primary care physicians eager to welcome you and provide mentorship
  • Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, scribing, and after-hours calls
  • 4, 4.5, or 5 day work week options for building your dream schedule
  • Option to pick up hospitalist shifts if interested, but not required

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base salary starting at $292,000
  • Additional earning potential from wRVUs and ~$14,500 in annual quality bonuses
