Director of Student Impact
Position Summary :
Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana is seeking a Director of Student Impact. Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana (JASWIN) is on a mission to prepare kindergarten through 12th grade students within southwestern Indiana and southeastern Illinois to become young people attaining success. JASWIN partners with local, regional, state, and national businesses; government representatives; community representatives; and other non-profit organizations to create meaningful experiences for students.

Responsibilities :
Work closely with the Integrator to strategically align resources to impact outcomes and strengthen student impacts through classroom curriculum and events such as JobSpark and Innovation ChallengeLead Student Impact Team to meet goals, plan and implement programs and incentives, and analyze data to improve student impactsManage all daily operations of program recruitment, implementation, retention, data management, administrative paperwork, and evaluationDevelop creative and innovative ways to serve student population through current and new programmingQualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Masters Degree in Educational Leadership preferredThree to five (3-5) years education experienceAbility to work with a diverse staff and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyMust have excellent Microsoft Office skillsMust be able to connect the goals of the company to the requirements of the educational system, Indiana state standards, and curriculumCompensation :
