We are looking to hire a Senior Tax Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Head of Tax with a dotted line to the US Tax Director, you'll lead efforts to ensure tax compliance, run filings and provisions, address sophisticated tax issues, support business units, and analyze tax law impacts and opportunities!

What you'll do :
Prepare tax returns and related documents to ensure compliance with federal, state and international laws, including the application of the Base Erosion Tax rules. We currently file a consolidated US Federal tax return and are doing business in approximately 45 statesPreparation of U.S. international tax compliance, including Forms 5471 and related calculations, 5472, GILTI related calculations and forms and foreign tax creditsWork with the US Tax Director to prepare the annual tax provision and various tax computations for Group consolidation; this includes the US tax provision workings, current and deferred tax calculations, deferred tax inventory, tax account reconciliation and true ups and related US documentationInvolvement with substantial international tax issues including transfer pricing, treasury related matters, Pillar 2, reorganizations and M&A activity. This will involve providing technical support on compliance and advisory projects as requiredAssist with the preparation of the US transfer pricing documentation; provide tax support and advice to internal teams as requiredAssist the US Tax Director in analyzing tax law impacts, developing and implementing tax planning strategies, researching sophisticated tax issues, and identifying opportunities for refunds, credits, and incentives.What you'll bring :
Experience in tax in a fast-paced environment, highly driven with the ability to conduct multiple tasks and projects whilst meeting deadlinesBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, technology, or related field; CPA license in good standingExposure building and managing teamsStrong focus on delivering solutions and results; ability to take ownership of work and demonstrate a problem-solving approach often working to tight deadlinesOutstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Attention to detail without losing sight of the big pictureExcellent tax accounting knowledge with experience under US GAAP and IFRS, preferredGood systems knowledge ideally including HFM, SAP and OneSourceAre you ready to lead our tax efforts and drive impact?
