Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field At least 5+ years of progressive IT experience leading up to IT leadership roles, with a track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and teams Extensive experience with IBM iSeries or IBM System i, including experience in programming, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of these systems Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, virtualization, cloud computing, and security best practices Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience administering an ERP system Experience working in a manufacturing industry Experience working in a chemical manufacturing industry a plus

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems, implementing best practices and security measures to prevent unauthorized access or breaches
- Develop and manage IT budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, and recommend strategies for adoption or implementation
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that IT solutions and systems meet business needs and objectives
