Senior Manager, Employer Brand Communications

This is a full-time Salaried Consultant with Aquent Studios and offers full benifits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w / match and Vacation / PTO The role is approved for 1 year with possible extension

The Employer Brand team is seeking a Senior Manager, Employer Brand Communications to lead and inspire as we transform our employer brand narrative to communicate how we're leading the AI revolution and amplify our reputation as a best place to work.

You'll own our brand voice and ensure consistency across all employer brand assets, from social media posts and culture videos to executive communications and award submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice & Content Ownership :

  • Responsible for evolving our Employer Value Proposition aka employer brand narrative
  • Iterate on messaging based on feedback and insights to optimize impact and relevance.
  • Write, review, edit, and approve content across channels including blogs, social media, websites, videos, ads, awards content, and event programming.
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and engages target audiences.

Internal Communications :

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute internal communications, including program updates, post-event recaps, and internal announcements.
  • Support the VP of Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing in communicating impactful program updates to key stakeholders.
  • Drive the creation of customer-facing narratives, ensuring alignment with our values and vision.
  • Manage agency relationships to gather feedback and refine narratives.
  • Employer Brand Awards :

  • Collaborate with Employer Brand & communications stakeholders to craft compelling company applications for key industry awards.
  • Partner with Employer Brand Awards program lead to develop internal updates to celebrate and showcase award wins to relevant stakeholders
  • Event Programming Content :

  • Oversee the development of talk tracks, speaker briefs, and programming content for key recruiting events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, Brand Creative and Equality to deliver impactful event experiences.
  • What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in employer branding, corporate communications, or content strategy.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing, Brand, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity teams to develop content to support different programs and business initiatives.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a flat, non-hierarchical structure.
  • A hands-on leader who balances strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Experience managing award submissions, executive communications, and event content is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot in an agile team environment
