If you can match our passion, values, and work ethic, we want you!Position SummaryKindred’s Marketing Events Manager will execute both new and established marketing events across the US. This role will be responsible for delivering events in a way that aligns with Kindred’s preferred attention to detail and organizational culture.The Marketing Events Manager must have experience in planning and delivering marketing events for a luxury brand or high-end automotive company and be able to demonstrate successful execution of such events. This role will own the entire lifecycle of event management from curation to execution and require rolling up your sleeves and taking on every aspect.The role will require an entrepreneurial and hands on approach to access taste-makers, partners and collaborators in new markets.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following : Execute both new and established marketing events within the USDeliver events that align with Kindred’s brand vision with attention to detail and organizational culturePlan and execute all aspects of automotive events, from concept to post-event evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional experience for each guestCoordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordinationCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, business development, and operations teams to create event activitiesCultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and stakeholdersUtilize data analytics and feedback mechanisms to measure event success and optimize future eventsStay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologiesReflect the values of the Kindred brand in all customer and internal interactionsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)5+ total years of experience within luxury automotive industry or equivalent brand industry5+ years of specific experience delivering marketing eventsStrong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesTeam oriented with strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in rapid growth environmentMust be able to work flexibly with multiple time zonesMust be able to travel for workPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
